If the tournament is going to be held in a new venue or new hotels (meaning that they were never used for an ITTF PTT sanctioned tournament), a site inspection is mandatory. Appointed inspector will write a report using the following template:
In order to ensure consistency for information issued about tournaments, the PTT Committee has developed the following documents to be used by LOCs:
- Lists of officials who are certified and, thus, are allowed to officiate on ITTF PTT tournaments.
- Lists of official equipment: ITTF Equipment.
