Players who requested a wildcard are sorted by player ID, it is NOT an order of preference. All players marked with “Rn” in their classification status must attend to revaluation in one of the 3 possible tournaments before the WC. If a player doesn’t attend to revaluation, he or she cannot participate in WC. The tournaments assigned for revaluation are:

2018 PTT World Championships As required by IPC classification code, a classification research project has been initiated in order to define a more objective Minimal Impairment Criteria for class 10 players. For that reason, all female and male class 10 players attending to WC in Slovenia must be present by Monday October 15th in the morning for athlete evaluation. Physical and technical data will be gathered which will help senior classifiers to define a Minimal Impairment Criteria that will be effective as of 2019 January 1st. Once the 18 female and 18 male names are decided, more information about the documentation requirements will be provided. Any doubts about this process can be sent to classification@ittf.com |
